The Bellboys were proactive and friendly, providing excellent assistance. The hotel had a convenient location close to a Metro station, and the room was well-equipped with all necessary facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff members were friendly and provided good customer service throughout my stay. the hotel offered early check-in and late check-out options, a great convenience for my city trip.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to a metro station that made it easy to get around. The Dorus Hotel offers a great location in the heart of the market area with easy access to Union metro station, Al Ghuair mall, cafes, and shopping centers. The rooms are well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds, spacious desks, and stylish long mirrors. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find out that the hotel also has an Indian and Pakistani bar, perfect for some entertainment and fun.

We felt welcome throughout our stay and had no reason to complain. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us.

We loved the convenience of the location! With the metro station, mall, cafes, and shopping center nearby, we were able to explore this city with ease. Plus, the hotel staff were cooperative and friendly, especially Mr Ankl who provided us with excellent services. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a work desk, nice mirrors, and cozy sofas. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the Indian and Pakistani bar.
